When do new designs drop?
Sanctum pieces are added throughout the year. Limited collections like the Fallen Angel Collection are announced to the email list first.
Will Fallen Angel pieces restock?
No. Each Fallen Angel design is a Limited Edition, one-time run. Once it sells out, it's gone.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email godsanddemons1995@gmail.com within 2 hours of ordering. After that, your piece may already be in production.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships. See shipping.
How do I wash it?
Inside out, cold water. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Rhinestone pieces: hang dry only.
